To reduce our carbon footprint, The Platcorp Group has undertaken detailed carbon accounting across all of our subsidiaries.

Having recently completed a feasibility exercise for calculating Scope 3 emissions for microfinance institutions in Africa, we can calculate Scope 1, 2, and 3 carbon emissions.

With this, we are proud to commit to setting carbon reduction targets in line with the Science Based Targets Initiative (SBTi) in 2024.
