Prioritizing road safety is paramount to ensure the well-being of employees and maintain a secure working environment. Implementing comprehensive road safety policies and procedures is essential for both employees who commute to the workplace and those engaged in business-related travel.

At Platcorp Group, a robust and engaging Road Safety Training and Awareness campaign program was rolled out in 2023 to create awareness about road safety risks and safe behaviors on the road.

In January 2024, a Mandatory Road Safety Course was launched on our LMS learning Platform which is mandatory to all our staff.

Through subsidiaries’ PPE programs, staff access to PPE such as helmets and reflective vests/jackets has been improving over time. These initiatives are contributing to a major shift towards a ‘safety first’ culture and reduced accident risk for our workforce.
